Oil Companies Cash in On Homeland Security Grants

Today the Project On Government Oversight (POGO) urged Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge to cut off grants the Department has been making to major oil companies including Citgo, ConocoPhillips and ChevronTexaco. CBS Evening News reported on the corporate windfall for the companies last night in its piece "Taxpayers Footing Oil Safety Bill" .
